Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

We have been specialized in the design and manufacturing of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers (« TEMA » type) for more than 60 years. DELAUNAY & Fils Heat Exchangers successfully perform a wide range of processes in many units worldwide.

DELAUNAY & Fils designs and manufactures all types of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers for its customers’ technical competences:

• Single-phase or two-phase simple exchangers (liquid/ liquid, gas/gas, liquid/gas), sulfur condensers, refrigerant, evaporators or reboilers, economizers, vaporizers (oxygen, nitrogen, LNG…)
• More specific equipment like steam generators, recovery boilers, falling film exchangers, coils exchangers, « Texas Towers », « Rod Baffles » exchangers, sulfur condensers and « High Pressure » or « Very High » Pressure exchangers. For pressures exceeding 450 bars, a specific sealing system can be included.
